I demand an immediate resolution to this issue. Either provide the truly "unlimited" video dubbing service as advertised, or process a full refund for my purchase without any further delay.
Please be advised that if this issue is not rectified and I do not receive a clear and satisfactory response within 48 hours, I will be compelled to take the following actions:
