Please note that switching directly from an annual subscription plan to a monthly subscription is not supported at this time.

How to Switch to a Monthly Plan

Submit a One-on-One Inquiry to Request a Refund for an Annual Plan

Meet the cancellation conditions below and proceed with the refund review

The paid service must not have been used at all

Submit the request within 7 days of the later of the payment date or the date the service became available

Attach supporting documents

The receipt and invoice number received at the time of payment

The refund, minus payment gateway fees, will be processed within 5β10 business days

Subscribe to a new monthly plan
If you only wish to schedule the cancellation of your subscription, go to Workspace Settings > the Subscription tab > and click the Manage Subscription button.
In this case, the amount already paid is non-refundable, and your subscription will be canceled starting with the next billing cycle.
