As the number of videos you create increases, organizing projects well and finding them quickly becomes increasingly important.
Folder and integrated search features have been newly added to Workspace ! ๐
Organize with folders, find with integrated search โ let me introduce you to what's new right away. ๐ฌ
โจ What has changed?
1๏ธโฃ You can organize projects into folders.
You can now manage projects by placing them in folders. You can create folders inside folders, and there is no limit to the number of folders you can create.
Feel free to organize it in the structure you want, whether it is team rules or your own way.

You can view the entire structure at a glance in the folder tree of the sidebar, and go directly to the desired folder with a single click.
2๏ธโฃ You can freely move folders and projects.
You can choose whichever of the two methods is more convenient for you to move it.
Drag and Drop โ Just drag items and drop them into a folder! Supports both PC and mobile.
Go Menu โ Selecting "Go" from the context menu opens the folder selection window. You can specify the exact destination by searching or navigating the tree.
If you want to move multiple items at once, try clicking while holding down the Command (Mac) or Ctrl (Windows) key. You can move or delete the selected items all at once!
3๏ธโฃ Double-check deletions and undo mistakes immediately.
We have also prepared a safety mechanism to prevent accidental deletion.
A confirmation window will be displayed before deletion. We would also like to inform you in advance that deleting a folder will delete its subfolders and projects along with it.
An "Undo" notification pops up for a few seconds immediately after deletion, so you can revert it instantly if you change your mind.
4๏ธโฃ Folders, Projects, AvatarsโOne integrated search is all you need
Simply enter a name in the search bar to search for folders, projects, and avatars all at once. There is no need to switch screens by category; results are neatly organized by group.
When you navigate to an item's location (parent folder) in the search results, it is pinned to the top of the list and highlighted. Continue working immediately without worrying about searching through dozens of items!
๐ก Try using it like this!
๐๏ธ Series Management โ Try storing series videos systematically by nesting folders like "Brand Campaign > First Half of 2026 > Drafts".
๐ When you only remember part of a name โ Just enter keywords into the integrated search and we will find everything regardless of folders, projects, or avatars.
โก When you need a big cleanup โ Select multiple items with Command/Ctrl + click to move or delete them all at once to the archive folder.
๐ Keep this in mind!
Search result highlights automatically disappear after about 3 seconds, but pinning to the top remains until you leave the page. You won't miss any items while working.
Deleting a folder will also delete subfolders and projects, so please be sure to check the instructions in the confirmation window.
This update is applied to all users without any separate settings. We hope you experience a more pleasant production environment in the new Workspace.
