🔑 How do I change my password?

General

To change your password in Perso AI, you must click the Modify Password button and proceed with email verification.

📌 Password change procedure

1️⃣ Click the Modify Password button in Profile > Account Setting at the top right.

2️⃣ A verification code (6 digits) will be sent to your registered email address.

3️⃣ Enter the authentication code and set a new password

4️⃣ Log in after changing your password

📌 Password setting conditions

•

Minimum 8 characters, maximum 20 characters

•

English uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters are required

•

The same character cannot be repeated more than 3 times

📌 Password change failure case

•

If you enter an incorrect authentication code: "Please check the code sent to you again."

•

When entering a code after a timeout (3 minutes): "The authentication code has expired. Please request it again."

•

If the password policy is not followed: "At least 8 characters, including English letters, numbers, and special characters."
