Q. How is usage deducted?

Dubbing deducts 1x per second of video length. (e.g., 1 minute 30 seconds → 90 credits deducted)
•
Lip dubbing applies advanced processing during the lip shape re-synthesization process, reducing usage by three times compared to dubbing.
Q. When is the usage charged?
•
It is automatically charged on the Payment date of every month .
Q. If I use up my allowance, will I be unable to use the service until the next Payment?
•
It depends on the plan.

Creator and PRO plans can be recharged an unlimited number of times through the additional usage purchase feature.
◦
With the PRO plan, you can purchase Premium Package Packs in 30-minute, 1-hour, or 2-hour increments at reduced prices.

If you need a customized plan where you can directly configure usage, we recommend an enterprise consultation.
Q. Is there a separate usage limit for each function?
•
No. You can freely use the features you want, such as dubbing, lip-dubbing, audio-to-video text conversion, and voice separation, within your monthly usage limit.
Q. How many languages are available for dubbing / lip dubbing?
•
Over 99 languages of uploaded files are automatically detected, and there are a total of 74 supported languages for creating dubbed content .
Q. Can I request multiple languages simultaneously?
•
Yes, it is possible. After uploading the file, you can request multiple languages simultaneously within your available usage limit by selecting them in the translation settings window. Usage is deducted by multiplying it by the number of selected languages.
Q. What files can I download after dubbing / lip dubbing?
File downloads are not supported on the Free plan.

Q. Is script editing possible?
•
Yes, it is possible. It supports changes to wording and text corrections, and regeneration begins automatically when you save your changes. However, we do not recommend making revisions that result in a significant difference in character count compared to the original.

For lip dubbing, to edit the script, please go to the original dubbing project and proceed with the editing.
Q. Can I create a lip dub after the dubbing?
•
It is possible. You can find the generate lip dub button directly on the dubbing results page.
•
Lip dubbing generally consumes 3 times the usage compared to dubbing, but if you create lip dubbing immediately after completing dubbing, only 2 times the usage is deducted.
