Perso AI operates on a monthly subscription model,

You can stop automatic Payment from the next Payment cycle by scheduling a cancellation.

💡 Even if you cancel your subscription, you can continue to use the service until the end of your current subscription period.

🚨 Even after canceling your subscription, your existing credits can be used until the expiration date.

✅ How to cancel your subscription

1️⃣ Click the banner on the top left

2️⃣ Select the Workspace Settings menu

3️⃣ Go to the Subscription tab

4️⃣ Click the Cancel Subscription Reservation button

5️⃣ After checking the pop-up contents, agree → Reservation complete

If you apply like this, automatic Payment will be stopped from the next Payment cycle and your subscription will be terminated.

A notification message will be displayed when the subscription cancellation reservation is completed, and any amount already Payment will not be refunded.

📌 Refund Policy

In accordance with the Terms of Use , refunds are in principle restricted after the paid service Payment, but refunds are only possible when the conditions for cancellation of subscription are met.

Refund conditions (all conditions must be met)

Request within 7 days from the later of Payment or the date the service becomes available

Payment will be made after deducting the PG fee upon refund approval.
