You can stop your subscription from renewing on the next payment date by scheduling its cancellation.
💡 Even if you schedule your subscription cancellation, you can continue using the service until your current subscription period ends.
🚨 Your credits remain available for use until their expiration date even after subscription cancellation.
✅ How to Schedule Subscription Cancellation
Settings → In the Subscription tab, select [Manage Subscription] → click the [⁝] button
Once the request is complete, automatic payments will stop from the next payment date and your subscription will end.
A confirmation message will appear when subscription cancellation is scheduled, and amounts already paid are non-refundable.
📌 Refund Policy
Under the Terms of Service, refunds are generally restricted after payment for a paid service; refund requests can only be reviewed if the withdrawal requirements are met.
Refund Eligibility Requirements (All requirements must be met)

You must not have used the paid service at all

The request must be submitted within 7 days of the later of the payment date or the date the service became available

If the refund is approved, it will be issued after deducting payment gateway fees
•
Review period: 5–10 business days

Once the refund is processed, you will immediately be switched to the Free plan, and access to features available only on paid plans may be restricted.
