Q. This is my first time using this feature. How do I use it?

Itβs very simple! Just upload an audio or video file, and a script separated by speaker, along with subtitle files, will be extracted automatically.
Q. When should I use it?

Itβs useful when you want to separate an audio or video file featuring multiple speakers, such as a meeting or lecture, by speaker and extract it in note form.
β’
If you need subtitle files for video editing, you can extract them right away in either of two formats: SRT or VTT.
β’
You can also convert foreign-language videos into text and use them as study materials.
Q. How is usage deducted?

Usage is deducted based on the file length, at 1Γ per minute. (e.g., uploading a 3-minute-30-second file deducts 4 minutes at Fast Speed.)
Q. When is my usage replenished?
β’
On your monthly billing date.
Q. Is usage allocated separately for each feature?
β’
No. You can freely use your monthly allowance for any features you want, including dubbing, lip dubbing, audio and video transcription, and audio separation.
Q. How many languages are supported?

The language of the uploaded file is automatically detected from over 99 languages.
Q. What files can I download?
* File downloads are not available on the Free plan.

Q. Can I preview the subtitles?

Yes. You can view the subtitles right away by enabling the 'Subtitle button' in the video player on the right.

If you edit the script, the subtitles will be updated after you click the 'Apply changes' button and the changes are processed.
Q. Can I edit the script?
β’
Yes. You can edit the script content and change speakers. Once youβve finished editing, click the 'Apply changes' button to update the file. When the update is complete, you can download a file with your changes applied.
