The project storage period varies depending on the plan .

Projects are not automatically deleted and are stored indefinitely.

As long as you maintain your subscription, you can keep all your projects safe.
⚠️ Free Plan Users

The project will be automatically deleted 30 days after its creation date.
•
Please note that deleted projects cannot be recovered.
•
We recommend exporting important projects as videos within 30 days or upgrading to a paid plan to keep them.
❗ Notice regarding unrecoverable deleted projects
Projects automatically deleted after 30 days on the Free plan cannot be recovered.

It will be automatically processed for permanent deletion by the system.

Recovery requests through the customer center are also not possible.

We do not provide backup or restore services.

A. Yes, if you upgrade to a paid plan before 30 days have passed, the project will not be automatically deleted and will be stored indefinitely.
Q. Can I receive a notification before the project is deleted?
A. Currently, no separate notifications regarding scheduled deletion are provided. If you are using the Free plan, please check the project creation date and take the necessary steps within 30 days.
Q. What happens to existing projects if I cancel a paid plan?
A. If you switch to the Free plan after canceling a paid plan, a 30-day retention period will be applied to your projects from that point onward. We recommend exporting important projects in advance.
Q. I manually deleted the project before 30 days had passed. Can I recover it?
A. Projects manually deleted by the user cannot be recovered either. Please verify carefully before deletion.
