Workspace is a workspace in PERSO where you create, manage, and collaborate on content. Here you can use key features such as AI Dubbing and AI Studio. It also includes management features such as All Videos and Space Settings for team collaboration. 1️⃣ Concept and Role of Workspace ✅ Starting point for content creation – A space to start AI-based video production and translation ✅ Manage all your projects – Manage the content you create in one place ✅ Supports team collaboration – Team plans allow you to collaborate with members Workspace is not just a simple work space, It acts as a gateway to access all the features provided by PERSO in one place. 2️⃣ Things you can do in Workspace Function Explanation 🌍 AI Dubbing Provides content translation and lip sync support in multiple languages, and voice and video conversion capabilities 🎥 AI Studio Support high-quality video production and personalized content creation using AI Avatar 📂 All Videos Manage created projects (edit/duplicate/share/download/delete, etc.), check created content 📝 Templates Create AI Studio content quickly and efficiently using templates that fit your goals.

You can change your Workspace plan to take advantage of more features. 1️⃣ Plan Change (Upgrade & Switch) Overview ✅ Upgrade Plan (Upgrade) → Free → Creator → Team available ✅ Upgrade from Free Plan to Team Plan right away ✅ Switch Plan (Switch) → You can change between Team ↔ Creator 📌 What if I change to a Team plan? Can invite team members Activate Collaborate feature (share projects and collaborate with team members) Credit sharing available 📌 What if I change to the Creator Plan? Can be changed after deleting team members (cannot be changed if members remain) Collaborate features are limited (existing team projects are transferred to the owner account) Credits for the subscribed plan will be issued (however, credits for the existing plan will be used up when the subscription expires) 2️⃣ How to move to the plan change page The Pricing page , where you can change plans in your Workspace, can be accessed using the following methods: 📌 1. Access via the Credits button (Top Menu on the top right) Free/Creator Plan → “Upgrade Plan” button displayed Team Plan → “Switch Plan” button exposed 📌 2. 🛠️ Where can I access Workspace Settings?
📌 What are Workspace Settings? Workspace Settings is where you can configure basic information about your workspace, manage members, and set plan and credit settings . 📌 How to access Workspace Settings Click “Workspace Settings” in the top left banner For Team plans, you can check the current number of members and the owner icon (👑) on the banner. When you enter the settings menu, there are four tabs: Profile, Member, Subscription, and Credits.

✏️ Can I change my Workspace name and information?
📌 Change Workspace Name You can edit the Workspace Name in Workspace Settings > Profile. Owner of Team/Enterprise plan can be changed , members cannot be modified. Display workspace creation date below input field When you click the Save button, the name change is reflected immediately and is exposed to all team members.

👥 How do I invite team members and set permissions?
📌 How to invite team members (Team plan only) You can invite team members by entering their email address in Workspace Settings > Member > Invite Member button. You can invite team members by entering the email address of the team member you want to invite. Invited members can participate after approval via email. 📌 Manage team member permissions Owner : Can add/delete members and adjust status Member : View only, settings cannot be changed When the Status toggle is OFF, the member cannot access the Workspace. You can delete members by clicking the trash can (🗑️) button.

📄 Where can I check my current subscription plan?
📌 How to check the plan You can check your current subscription plan and next payment date in Workspace Settings > Subscription. When you click the Upgrade Plan button, you will be taken to the Pricing page where you can change your plan.

🔄 Can I change my plan in Workspace Settings?
📌 Is it possible to change the plan? Upgradeable : Free → Creator → Team Switch Plan Possible : Team → Creator (possible after deleting members) Transfer remaining credits when changing plans (however, if the existing plan expires, credits will be used up at that time) When you cancel your subscription, it will be converted to Free after the next payment date.

👤 How do I change my profile information?
You can check and change your profile information in PERSO's Account Settings. 📌 Information that can be changed Name: Can be edited directly Password: Password can be reset 📌 Information that cannot be changed Email: The email address you entered when signing up cannot be changed. Profile Image: You cannot currently change your user profile image. 📌 Check account creation date The creation date is displayed on your Account Settings page in the format Created on YYYY-MM-DD h:mm AM/PM . 📌 Change your marketing consent The value you selected when signing up is set as the default, and you can change whether to receive it or not using the toggle button.

🔑 How do I change my password?
To change your password in PERSO, you must click the Reset Password button and proceed with email verification. 📌 Password change procedure 1️⃣ Click the Reset Password button in Profile > Account Setting at the top right 2️⃣ A verification code (6 digits) will be sent to your registered email address. 3️⃣ Enter the authentication code and set a new password 4️⃣ Log in after changing your password 📌 Password setting conditions Minimum 8 characters, maximum 20 characters English uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters are required The same character cannot be repeated more than 3 times 📌 Password change failure case If you enter an incorrect authentication code: "Please check the code sent to you again." When entering a code after a timeout (3 minutes): "The authentication code has expired. Please request it again." If the password policy is not followed: "At least 8 characters, including English letters, numbers, and special characters."

🗑️ What are the consequences of deleting my account?
Deleting your PERSO account will permanently delete all Workspaces and content . 📌 Account Deletion Procedure 1️⃣ Click the Delete Account button 2️⃣ Request deletion after checking the guidance message 3️⃣ Account deletion complete 📌 Things to note after deletion Delete all Workspaces and Projects immediately Existing payment history and credit information will be deleted Re-registration restricted for 30 days after deletion You can re-register with the same email, but your existing data will not be restored. 📌 Cases that cannot be deleted If the subscription plan is activated → After canceling the plan, you can switch to Free and then delete it. If you are the owner of a Team plan → After deleting members, you can change to Free and then delete it.

💳 How to check payment details
You can check your payment history through the Payment Details tab in your PERSO account settings . 📌 Payment History Items Detail Explanation Billing Product Show paid plans or credit products Payment Amount Amount Paid (USD) Purchased Date Date payment was made Invoice Downloadable PDF invoice for payment details 📌 How to download an invoice 1️⃣ Check the Invoice column in the Payment Details tab 2️⃣ Click the download button 3️⃣ Save as PDF file and view 📌 If you don't see your payment details Free plan users will not see any payment history. It may take some time for recent payment details to be reflected in the system.
